The Antares exclusive MainTamer allows easy handling of the Mainsail without compromising proper sail shape. The designed in provision for an integrated sail cover adds to the ease of use as the cover easily zips off and on without an epic struggle.

Antares HelmFull Engine Instrumentation at Helm

The instrumentation panel includes push-button start and individual gauges for engine temperature, water temperature, oil pressure, charge voltage, and tachometer/hour meter.

Line ManagementLine Management System

On the Antares, the lines are lead down the mast and through a bridgedeck raceway to 2 winches in the cockpit. The lines also stow neatly into integrated lockers, keeping decks clear of lines and organizers, and keeping your lines away from extended UV exposure.

With a powered furling mast, it is even easier to set, reef and handle your mainsail. Includes Rodkicker and mainsail with vertical battens. Vertical battens allow for a positive roach on the furling mainsail providing a combination of performance and convenience.

The ability to stow the bowsprit on the front crossbeam prevents potential accidents in tight marinas. The stowable bowsprit also allows you to service the furling gear and lines with ease. The bowsprit on the Antares 44i supports the Furling Screecher and puts the sail in better air by pushing it forward and away from the mainsail.

Using unconventional materials like Tricel - a durable and lightweight honeycomb board sandwiched between 2 layers of cherry veneer - we have perfected distinctive methods working with new materials. Tricel can be shaped and formed to remove sharp angles onboard.

Four 50-Watt solar panels are recessed into the hardtop and contribute to maintain the house batteries and are ideal for keeping refrigeration cool while at a mooring.

Davit archStainless Steel Davit Arch

The stainless steel davit system is suitable for dinghies up to 12' in length. The standard aft halyard power winch is used to effortlessly lift the dinghy into the arch where it can be secured. The integrated bench seats are excellent for extending your cockpit area and give you great visibility when underway.

Only the Antares comes standard with two cleats and 2 fairlead amidships. Any cruiser who has had to repeatedly tie two springs to a single cleat will immediately appreciate the benefit of this standard feature.
