Antares U SAIL - '06 Photo Journey

This summer, 20 people took part in the 2nd annual Antares U program on board the Antares 44 in Whitby. The onboard classes lead participants through the entire boat and covered topics such as engine maintenance and electrical systems. Starlight Chronicles

"We put an extra 50 gallons of diesel on board in 10 yellow jeep cans, and finally leave the dock at 10 am, heading out to the Atlantic via the Man-O-War channel, and turning to the northwest. The winds are 90 degrees off our port side at 20-24 knots, so we shut off the engines and enjoy the ride."
