Chris and Erin Miller onboard their catamaran barefeet Chris and Erin Miller set out to circumnavigate aboard their Antares 44 Barefeet in the fall of 2006 leaving their home port in Newport and heading to the Islands. Since then, they have traveled through the Panama Canal, past the Galapagos and crossed to the South Pacific where they spent the winter/summer in Australia. Steve and Linda Kraskey's adventure began in August 2005 when we left Toronto, Ontario aboard their Antares 44 Seaman's Elixir. "Since that time", write's Linda, "we've sailed thousands of miles, visited over 100 islands, met some remarkable fellow sailors, as well as friendly and engaging islanders. Originally from land-locked Oklahoma, Kenny and Kathy Walker are now living aboard their Antares 44 Mer Soleil living out their dream. After more than 30 years building custom homes, Bob and Lynne Walsh severed their land ties and along with their dog Mollie, are living out their dreams onboard their Antares Leap of Faith. Lynne writes, "...we began cutting the ties that tethered us to land. Amid many raised eyebrows and looks of astonishment, we sold our home, our thriving construction business, and our J/30."
